What if someone gets injured?
We take safety and host protection seriously. All participants agree to a liability waiver before playing, and we carry commercial general liability insurance.
What if a guest damages my property?
You maintain control over booking approvals and property rules. If an issue occurs, we work directly with you and the guest to help resolve it.
Do I still need homeowner's insurance?
Yes. You should maintain your existing homeowner's or property liability insurance while listing your court.
Can I block off dates or times
Absolutely. You control your availability calendar completely. Block off any dates or times you don't want bookings.
How do payouts work?
You receive payouts through Stripe from your hosting dashboard. Stripe provides an express dashboard where you can view upcoming payouts, booking history, and more. You keep 80% of every booking.
