Refund policy
How cancellations and refunds are handled for bookings.

1. Host-Determined Cancellation Policies
Each Host defines their own cancellation policy, which is displayed on the listing prior to booking.
Players are responsible for reviewing the applicable cancellation policy before confirming a reservation.
2. Platform Service Fees
Platform service fees are refundable only to the extent permitted by the Host’s cancellation policy.
CourtShare reserves the right to retain non-refundable processing fees where applicable.
3. Host Cancellations
If a Host cancels a confirmed reservation, the Player will receive a full refund of amounts paid for that booking.
CourtShare may take action against Hosts with repeated cancellations.
4. Player Violations
No refunds will be issued if a Player violates House Rules, exceeds capacity limits, causes damage, or is removed for misconduct.
5. Weather & Force Majeure
Weather-related cancellations are governed by the Host’s cancellation policy unless otherwise stated.
CourtShare is not responsible for events beyond its reasonable control.
6. Dispute Resolution
Refund disputes are subject to review by CourtShare and may be resolved in accordance with the arbitration provisions in the Terms of Service.
7. Modifications
CourtShare may modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
